The Insight Journal ' 52 card digital deck. (Details are inside the journal on how to access your card deck). The journal is an extension of my popular 52 card deck. It can be used with the card deck, but can equally be used as a stand alone. This is a place for you to explore your own thoughts, ideas and increase awareness. There are a number of prompts throughout, things for you to think about and reflect on. The digital card deck of 52 cards is included with this purchase of the journal and each one of these cards has a valuable insight with an explanation of more things to consider on the back.

The cards and the journal are a creation of the many insights I had over the years, which took me from anxious and overwhelmed to living a life I am happy and content with. Not perfection, but contentment!
